Like you, I have been using Vonage for some time now, I have nothing bad to say at all. It is much cheaper than traditional landline service, and I have experienced no signal degredation or loss. Of course it does help to be able to prepay for the service at a 20% annual savings. I even wrote an entry on my blog http://letsblogmoney.com/2008/07/03/tired-of-your-phone-service-it-may-be-time-to-try-vonage/ in order to help educate people as to the advantages of a VoIP service such as this.
